No, RoadRunner is overly aggressive. They block too much and don't give a 
damn about false positives.

Switch to any ISP you want, given time, you will be blocked by RoadRunner 
again. They are too agressive. Ironically, RoadRunner was a known spammer 
safe haven for quite some time (and may still be, I'd have to go look it 
up).

All you can do is wait it out. Maybe if enough RoadRunner people complain 
that half their legit email gets bounced, they will lighten up a bit and 
start trying to stop false positives.
