Surely you jest. How many people on this list have seen their boss make a decision that was really stupid and yet the business survived. Apple decided not to license its software, but it still putters on. It depends on how big and crucial the subject of the decision was. And most businesses make many important decisions. Survival depends on more of them being rational than irrational, as well as luck.
