Hello All! A friend is using Claris Emailer V.2 (OS 9.1) and the program has suddenly developed a problem. Each time he connects to his ISP, the same messages are downloaded and then Emailer freezes during the download of the 8th message. He "force quits" Emailer each time and the same messages are re-downloaded to his "IN" tray - he subsequently trashes those messages. He has 25 messages waiting for him on the server in Emailer - database/index have been rebuilt but to no avail - Emailer prefs have been trashed etc. BTW, he did download those 25 waiting messages in another email client but Emailer still thinks that the messages are pending. Any ideas? Thanks!
