Is it freezing during download, or during unpack? Open the Connection Status window and watch what it says. If it is happening during download, use a program like Mail Siphon (check versiontracker.com), to log into the POP Box, and delete the 8th message (or whichever one it is freezing on). If they check the messsage, they will probably find it is some malformed email spam. If it is happening during unpacking, then open the Temp Incoming folder (see Ken's response for its location), and remove the NEWEST file (view as list, sort by date, remove the top item) and restart Emailer. Use Temp Reader to read and optionally fix that temp incoming file (its on my web site), or just toss it... they are usually spam or stupid forwarded jokes. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
