Hi Doug,
the only difference will be the account setup. In all likelihood you
will need to change most of those settings. Keep your Dial up account
until you KNOW that both are operating ok. Plus, it takes a while to get
all your friends to make a note of your new email address.

I suggest making a new account, not just changing the old one.

Pull Setup menu to "Accounts"
Click the button "New" and enter the new info. For Account Name put in
your new email address. You can actually name it anything you want, but
in my opinion, it's simpler to just name it with the email address.

User Name: well, that's: Doug McAdam
"Email Account" is where Emailer is a little different from the other
programs. Emailer uses the user account plus the POP server in this box.
It's either going to be:
a) [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
b) [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Or something like that. It depends on what the DSL company says to use
for their POP & SMTP servers, and of course your new email address. Note
the usage of the "%" and the "@".

If they have instructions for MS Outlook, and many of them do, them we
can help you translate that to Emailer-speak.

Best,
Dave Nathanson
