I used Mozilla for the last year or so of my OS9 tenue (9.2.2 to be specific) before I finally went to 10 just after the first of the year. I found Mozilla 1.31 to be the best of the Mozilla releases for the classic OS. I believe that may have been the last version which would run under 9.
