In my Mail Actions List window I have several Spammer type actions listed. For example I have SPAM #1 Subject, and SPAM #2 From. In short I have a separate group for each type of action, i.e. from, subject, message body etc. Each of these groups has a dozen actions. I was told that to exceed this amount might slow down Emailer. Is there any way I can copy these actions to another program and sort them by words so that I can see if there are any duplicates or at least have a sort of master to which I can refer when adding new actions? I don't have FileMaker Pro on this computer but I do have Excel.
