Since every spam has a legitimate website or someway to contact the person actually trying to get you to buy something, can someone create a program that would bombard that server, or even search the website for email addresses and hit them with tons of spam, or better yet, send an email back to your email box with any email addresses it finds on that site? Then you can send them all 40 mb attachments. Or even send all the email addresses to a public domain blog that people could grab addresses off and spam them.
As long as their is money to be made from spamming, they won't go away. If you can figure out some way to prevent them from making money, there are MANY MANY MANY MANY people that would love to know.
