This tip from Chris was a lifesaver a while back, when I set up my G5 and made the leap to OS 10. I've used Baton Mail for several years, to accomplish a SMTP connection, but "localhost" did not work with OS 10.3.5---however, "127.0.0.1" did work. Claris Emailer lives on!
