See attachments. I can't answer any questions on this because I've had it for a long time and I can't remember what I did, but it works great.
Put the script into the Emailer Applescript folder. When the offending spam email is open, invoke the script. The offending email is moved to the trash and an email to Spamcop is created and placed into the "out" box.
