If I understand you right, it seems like your version is bi-directional. You upload via Satallite as well as download. And it is really aimed at heavy travelers that will be in places that internet service just isn't available (much like Satallite cell phones). The ones I know of in the USA are ones like DirectPC (or whatever that DirecTV ISP is), the satallite is used for download only, upload is done over a modem and dialup.
