Doug:

Depends on if she keeps the ISP account. If she cancels her ISP account,
the ISP provider will likely offer a 30-day forwarding service to her
news DSL account ([EMAIL PROTECTED], for example) then close her ISP account.

If she keeps her ISP account (i.e. pays for both the DSL service and the
dial up) then the ISP will be happy to keep her mail account functioning.

My suggestion--have her email--with her ISP address--all the people in
her address book about her forthcoming new mail address once a week for
the next two weeks, then close the ISP account and then email them again
with the new DSL address reminding them of the switch.

Cheers.
