Depending on the precise situation, seems to me you ought to be able to select, drag, and drop a whole list of email addresses onto the address book, from either the addressee or message field of an email address. CE is pretty robust in allowing one to grab a whole bunch of email addresses all at once. Or do you simply want to copy from one message field and paste to another message field? Isn't that a straightforward operation? However, I may not understand your situation fully.
