I have this happen a lot but, when it does, I see a lot of processor power being used, then all of a sudden, processor use drops and mail begins to send or come in. In about one out of 8 sessions, I'll see that nothing is happening and restart classic then try to send again. That often results in an immediate connection. Once in a while, say 1 out of 20 sessions, CE will time out and the error will be that the comm. port could not be opened.
