Sounds like you are running under OS X and you have the .DS_Store problem. If you are under OS X, quit Emailer, start Emailer (this may cause some messages to unpack). Quit Emailer again. Go into the Emailer Files Folder, locate the Temp Incoming folder. Open it. Make sure it is empty (if it is not, Start Emailer again and let it unpack more messages, then quit Emailer again... repeat until it is empty or it doesn't look like it will unpack whatever is in there). Once the Temp Incoming folder is empty... throw it out. Drag the whole Temp Incoming folder to the trash. Then close all open windows. Then start Emailer again.
