We have been receiving quite a few messages with subject lines that begin something like this:
=?Windows-1251?B? followed by a long string of coded alpha text A similar entry sometimes appears in the "From" line, followed by the sender's address. Many of these messages seem to be from legitimate sources. Any ideas why this is happening & how to fix it?
