Actually, did you read the link that was included in the info SBC gave 
you?

If you follow that URL, they specifically tell you how to get around the 
problem. Item #4 covers it. You have to fill out a form with them to 
request that your account not have the port 25 block be active. I'd just 
fill out the form, have them remove the block, and keep on using Emailer.
