First, if you are sure the server is online (can you ping it?) and you are able to get online (you can check a web site, and don't just load whatever your default home page is, pick a link any link, to be sure you are really getting a web page and not just loading pages from your locally stored cache as can often happen with home pages). Then, if you are still getting the "No data available for reading" error, that means Emailer doesn't think it can get online. Reboot the computer. Emailer has been known to get stuck from time to time. Rebooting the computer should fix it. As for accessing mail servers. If they don't support SMTP Authentication, then you should just be able to run the regular version of Emailer and be fine. If they do support SMTP Authentication AND require it, then try the SMTP Hacked version of Emailer. If that doesn't work because some of your mail servers require it and others don't support it, then try Baton Mail which gives you better control over when the authentication will be used. If that fails, it is probably time to look into a new email client as you will be at the end of what Emailer can handle. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
