You can save a step. Just drag the list of addresses directly into the 
address column of the email you want to send. Emailer will create a new 
entry for each one. If you want them to be BCC, just set the first one to 
BCC before you drag the list into the window. Emailer will set all of 
them to match whatever the last entry was that was already entered.
