If you moved the Claris Emailer application to another location, or if you
moved the files in the Claris Emailer's folder(s) to another location, you
"broke" the link between the application and its files. If you moved them,
put them back where they were.

It's been a long time since I used Emailer prior to the current (last
version) 2.0v3. So I don't recall where all the files and folders are
supposed to go.

Another idea is that there is a corrupt file(s) in those 33 items. You
could try moving them out of the Temp Incoming folder, putting them back in
one-by-one, and seeing if Claris Emailer will load properly. You can look
at each of the files by itself by opening it with a text editor such as BB
Edit or Microsoft Word. You may lose some of the formatting, but you'll see
the content.

You could also try rebuilding the Claris Emailer database. I'm not sure if
the Emailer Lite version supports a rebuild, but 2.0v3 does. Start Emailer
while holding down the Option key. You'll get a dialogue asking you if you
want to do a rebuild. Tell it "yes," and wait a long time for the rebuild
to go ahead.

You should also consider upgrading to Claris Emailer 2.0v3. After
installation, it will permit you to import your old mails and files from
Emailer Lite. You should move those potentially problematic temp incoming
files out of the Tem Incoming folder first, just to be sure.

If you don't have 2.0v3, I can email you disk images to you so that you can
install it. Email me offline if you want them.

Good luck!
