In my case, it isn't Open Transport. The data is downloaded just fine, removed from the server just fine, the temp file is created in the Temp Incoming folder. That is where something goes wrong. It unpacks into the Emailer database, but fails to delete from the Temp Incoming folder. If I can figure out any similarities between the ones that don't delete, I may be able to figure out why they aren't deleting.
