Not really.  I meant any information in the headers, including the subject.  In 
case you Forward you can change any of the header info that is client input and 
also any message content, just as if you are sending a new message.  In case 
you Redirect you cannot change anything at all except the to addresses. In 
Gyazmail the redirected message arrives with identical short headers as the 
original, including time and original recipients,  but the long headers do show 
all the redirect details.  In fact, Gyazmail is "too smart" to open both emails 
at the same time but if both are closed will open either so it is hard to 
compare them side by side.  The rational for the Redirect limitations is that 
the new addressee is to get the message just as if they had been blind copied 
on the original.  When you forward a message you may want to add comments and 
delete portions of the original.

A quick look indicates that neither Mail or Thunderbird have redirect ability 
and neither allow edit of the various header inputs of received messages.  I 
didn't check the preferences however.  This appears to be a serious limitation 
for Chris.  If this is wrong, I would be interested in the details.
