A question:
I'm attempting to use the Emailer patched version 3. When I do, I get
one of these two errors:
(1) ** SMTP server error ³503 AUTH command used when not advertised²
OR
(2) ** Couldn¹t complete the last command because a network stream
error occurred.
Using the regular version of Emailer with the smtpauth server results in
this error:
** 550 Please configure your mail client to use authentication.
** SMTP server error ³503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA²
EarthLink still requires the use of SMTPAUTH. I am using SMTP server
address they provide,
and the server WORKS when using Emailer with Baton Mail.
Anyone have any suggestions?
