It sounds like you've already accomplished it. You just need to remember not to delete any mail from one computer if you still want to download it onto the other. A safer way to accomplish your goal is to set both copies of Emailer to tell the server to automatically delete mail after X number of days. If you never go more than a day or two without using each computer, you'd be safe by setting Emailer to have the server delete emails after seven days. During that time, nothing will download onto the same computer more than once, but it'll give you ample time to allow both copies of Emailer to choose from all the mail that you receive.
