You have Spyware on your computer? And you are running OS X, 10.4.5?!?

Quick, call the trade papers... this officially makes you the FIRST OS X 
user to have spyware on their computer. 

Spyware, as of right now, does not exist for OS X. I have no idea what 
"diagnostics" the tech did over the phone, but they are flat out wrong... 
and clueless... and just gave you a canned Windows response to shuttle 
you off the phone and shift the blame off them.


What difficulties are you having with the Internet, maybe some of the 
resident geeks on this list can be of better service to you.
