You gave me some great advice about sending attachments (de-selecting
compression and using Base 64) - but it seems some people on my list still
have trouble downloading. I have been advised that anybody can open a
.pdf file (though I think it needs Adobe?).
Question one: Is that the best format for Claris Emailer attachments

two: what is the procedure for turning a Word
doc into a pdf file?
