When you use the DNS name the ISP tells you to use, do you get an
error saying Network Stream Error?
Emailer has problems following some DNS chains to the final mail
server. This often happens with ISPs that tell you to use things like
"mail" as the server name instead of a fully qualified name like
"mail.isp.com".
