Chris is going to have to explain how trashing certain files etc may have gotten you into trouble as he has had to do so many times before - hope he doesn't mind that I leave it up to him tp explain how you might be able to get Emailer back to normal. I expect, however, that since your SetUp/Prefs/Files & Folders window showed your Claris Emailer Files folder as being situated in [Mac HD: Users:beatricehopkinson:Documents:Old PB Stuff: Damaged Mail (D)] then the DB files that CE was using were probably in it. Did you trash these? Hope you still have them. I shall copy Chris's reply into a document file so I can refer to it in the future.
