It is extremely doubtful that your Verizon username is "William D. Bandes". The username should be the part before the @ on your email address (there can be exceptions, but that is the general rule of thumb).

Change the Username field to bilbee and see if it works from there.

My reply was completely wrong, not even close, and not an innocent mistake, from an Emailer perspective, it was totally useless and if some newby posted it, would have shown a complete failure to understand how Emailer worked! I'm actually ashamed of myself for having posted it!

Ok, so ignore my first reply. And listen to my new one :-)

You can put whatever the heck you want in the username field so feel free to change that back to your above settings. Your issue lies with the Email Account field. You currently have "incoming.verizon.net", but you never told Emailer what your username is for that account. So change that field to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and see if it starts working.
