I recently wrote the list about another crash I had when loading some new software on the computer. The end result is that I lost a lot of data that was in my storage folders. The technie who helped restore much of the data on OSX transferred folders from my old laptop with System 0S9 by connecting the two computers. But couldn't restore the folders I had in OSX.
I bought a 6 GB flash drive, and I am wondering beside backing up data via the Mail Index, and Database whether it is also possible to back up the numerous file folders - in other words the whole of Claris Emailer (Application included)?
