Thanks Chris,

     Its simply that new mail received by webmail is not downloaded to me
promptly even though in 'options' I have it set to : 'Retrieve all 
messages on the server".  Until recently it was working just fine, but I 
think the server has changed something which is delaying receipt of my 
Email.  As an example, Webmail received a group of Emails this morning at 
11.00 a.m. but didn't download them to me until 4 p.m.  I don't use 
webmail or its folders or files, just Claris where I have archived all my 
folders.

    I was hoping someone else using Earthlink and Claris might let me 
know what
their settings in Setup are so that I can compare with my own.  If 
someone can remind me how I capture a picture of the window I'll send it 
as an attachment and
show how I've set it up.  Bea
