Thank you Ahelee and Mike for being on deck the whole time, cheering and coaching us on! And special thanks to Ahelee for greatly improving my breastroke at the very last minute during warm up. All your suggestions and pointers made the difference! I cut 2.2 seconds off my 50 breast time from last year and only .2 seconds off my backstroke time from last year....guess I'm a breastroker! (And oh yeah, there's also the fact that I swam a 46.6 on my 50 Breast and a 47.7 something on my 50 back -- honestly, who swims a faster breastroke than backstroke? I do!)
it was a lot of fun, for sure!
