Do you have a Business Analyst? Location: Germantown, MD (This is a 2 week
project...they could literally start tomorrow sooo I need someone local and
with government exp.)
They have to have government contract experience and the job in question is
to create 1 or more of the following docs:
1. System Breakdown Structure
2. Business Architecture
3. System Engineering Management Plan
4. Specification Tree consisting of at least:
a. High Level Requirements
b. High Level Design Architecture
i. Functional View
ii. Information View
iii. Behavioral View
iv. Physical View
c. Technical Specification
5. Telecommunications Vendor Proposal Technical Evaluation and
Recommendation
