I later have noticed that i missed copying my message to the emboss
list, i do it now. I hope you are now able to use fuzznuc with pattern
files.

EMBOSS An error in fuzznuc.c at line 101:
Illegal pattern
Maybe you are using an older version of EMBOSS?
I get following errors if i specify a pattern file without giving its
full path.
Search for patterns in nucleotide sequences
Error: Unable to open pattern file 'pattern.txt'
Error: Bad pattern definition:
'@pattern.txt'
It would be best to move to latest EMBOSS and try command line EMBOSS
since it is better maintained than Jemboss/mEMBOSS.
