Thanks for your help, but i cant get rid of multiple
"unmet-dependencies" :-(

if i install the deb anywhere with --force-depends than i got 

Cannot load /usr/lib/perl5/auto/Embperl/Embperl.so into server:
/usr/lib/perl5/auto/Embperl/Embperl.so: undefined symbol:
Perl_gv_stashpv

at apache2-startup-time. Is this because of an to old mod_perl? Maybe
i should try compile mod_perl myself?
