Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Stuart W Stevenson (swstevenson) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: random skipping of g02/g03 lines Initial Comment: VERSION 2.1.xx On occasion the control would begin skipping the g02/g03 lines and cut directly from the g01 line previous to the g02/g03 line to the end of the g01 following the g02/g03 line. I have not been able to determine the sequence of events leading up to this event but will continue to investigate as the situation allows. When this happens the control will not skip each and every g02/g03 line in a program. You can also change programs and random g02/g03 lines will be skipped. Whether you are running the same program or you have changed programs the skipped lines will repeat every time the program is executed. A control restart will usually clear this event. Letting the machine set for a period of time without a control restart will sometimes clear this event. Needless to say, this is a bit disconcerting as this results in scrap parts and sometimes broken tools. Any suggestions to help try to ferret this out will be welcomed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=106744&aid=2005158&group_id=6744 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace.
