Ok, I read some docs. This is caused by rtapi using RTAI-tasks.
So I'll probably create a HAL patch that lets you add callback functions
run in realtime kthread context. So well, best to not apply this driver
to trunk, yet, as it neither runs on the currently used kernel nor does
it work correctly without hacking the GPIO HW drivers. :)
