Mostly to Jeff Eppler, I see that there is a 1.52.2.1 version of the driver that you comitted for the v2_2_branch that (I think) is missing a couple lines of code from the HEAD version 1.54 that I comitted. I couldn't quite figure out which way the diff was showing the change. I added a couple lines to select the higher clock freq on the 3.1 board, and that is in the 1.52.2.1 version, but I wanted to make sure the changes to release the IO ports fix was also in it.
