First of all I appreciate the fast response on my last question. My motor
derives its power from pneumatics I am simply driving a piezo oscillator
with a 0-10v signal where pulse strength is related to voltage. For x+ I
will need a signal and x- I will need a signal and so on for each axis as
there will be an oscillator drive at either end to command direction.I was
hoping to use the 7I65 from mesa to interface with the emc2 long story short
I will not need a good deal of electrical power to drive a small axis less
than 1W per axis worst case scenario. That being said can you define one
direction on an axis to one pin and the other direction to another pin in
the EMC2 software. Just a note I know that there could be accuracy problems
with a pneumatic system I am going to over come that with fluidics.
Thank you,
Donald Shields
