Pncconf is unfinished and I wonder how you would like to
release it . I doubt it will be fully finished AND very well tested, as
it is complicated to test every combination. Would you release it
as beta ? Obviously you would make that type of call close to release 
time, I'm just wondering if calling it beta to begin with wouldn't be a
bad idea. That way lots more people will test it but knowing that it
quite possibly could have hard-to-test for bugs.  
John Thorton is doing some testing now with it for stepper systems.
