Hi guys.

I got playing around with glade and custom pyGtk widgets this weekend.
came up with a proof of concept for Glade VCP panels.
would work pretty much the same as pyvcp except for :
-can be built with glade editor ---BIG bonus!
-can use GTK's larger toolkit
-can be integrated with pyGtk programs (and with another library C gtk programs)

on that last note I modified touchy to parse the glade file looking for hal
widgets.
The cool thing about this is one can add hal widgets in any way to the glade
file
and touchy will find them and make pins for them . all without recompiling.
if you want to add a tab notebook and a bunch of LEDS for status, load touchy
in glade,
change it, save it and load emc - your pins will be there.
if you don't touchy is exactly the same.

If one took the bases of touchy ,Glade VCP and gremlin (hey how do you load
that Jeff?)
you could build a full gtk frontend that users could change the look and
function of quite easily.

I like the standalone panels with gtk a little better then tk too.

Thoughts?
