I did a grep for them, in the source, and it seem's they are unused.
I haven't had the opportunity to build with them removed yet, but I am
quite certain it would be ok to remove.

 Also the port of EMC to RT-Preempt is ridicously simple, I haven't
had time to hack , ( no build env yet ), I'll get back when I have
done some testing.
