Summary: Not always saving position for non-trivial kinematics

Initial Comment:
When POSITION_FILE and NO_FORCE_HOMING enabled, the joint lenghts saved every
time, but the machine starts from saved porition only when it is close to home
position,
If saved position is relatively far from [TRAJ] HOME, machine starts from home
ignoring saved joint lenghts, after switching to world mode joint lenghts jump
to [AXIS_ ] HOME values.
Tested for genhexkins with AXIS and tkemc.
