It looks like this commit breaks building the html documentation.
When building the html documentation is enabled, it stops with the
following error:
Anchors used in gcode.html but not defined in main.html:
'sec:G10-L1-Set-Tool-Table'
'sec:G10-L11'
'sub:G10:-Set-Coordinate'
'sec:G10-L10'
'sec:G10-L20'
make: *** [checkref_en] Error 1
This step of the build process is making sure that every anchor used in
the gcode quickref is actually in gcode/main.html.
