lots of great stuff guys maybe a little more info and I can come up with a
good solution. My motor is 90v 10 a treadmill 2.5 hp. I have adout 50 irl
540? i will have to check for certain but i think they spec at 100 v and
8-9 a . I was thinking igbt because if i rectify 120 ill get about 160v
which will necessitate hardware i dont have. I also figured that rectifying
line v would be a very easy supply just have to keep it isolated. I also
have some 566 vco that could be used for a to d? There seems to be a lack
of high current pwm circuits out there was why i was thinking of having
lcnc generate the pulse 200 khz seems to me to be plenty fsat enough for
simple spindle drive? I would like to drive this motor at 120 v to get more
power of course i will have to fut a cooling fan or maybe a heatsink on it
also. Again any thoughts would be highly appreciative and thanx in advance.
