If it reads GPLv2 only then yes, it is incompatible.  I thought it was 
all "v2 or later".  So the question is what are the parts that are 
"only" and was can be done (if anything) to change it to an "or later" 
clause.  Also, if there are only a few bits of "only" code, we could 
always replace it with something that allows more freedom.  So the next 
qauestion is how much of the code is under the "only" license?
