I'm looking to import the preempt-rt patches to the new git branch
Michael Haberler just made available and I'm trying to give credit
where credit is due.

The problem is, most of the patches fail to include author details and
commit messages. Any assistance with filling out the picture below
would be appreciated:

It looks like Jeff Epler kicked things off around 2007:

Then around 2009 it appears Michael Büsch continued things with a
patch set posted at:
http://bu3sch.de/patches/emc-linux-rt

*THIS PATCH IS LOST*, at least I couldn't find it online or via
archive.org. Can anyone provide a version of this patch set?

Work was then picked up by Michael Abel at bitmuster:
http://www.bitmuster.org/projects/emc.html

...and finally by John Morris earlier this year:
http://www.zultron.com/static/2012/05/linuxcnc-buesch-master-2012-05-04.tar

Is this an accurate reconstruction? Did I miss anyone or any major steps?
