I've fallen out of the loop, but if people are interested I have work a
little with Tiny Core Linux (and was once the maintainer for the Plan 9
emulator Tvx - a 9vx hack). I think this might work well for a live
build of LinuxCNC (particularly a simulator or similar mode). I might
look into this for the hacked Artec's USB hardware...
