I don't think that's correct. removing the page is actually pretty simple, you just need a different password ;) But it doesn't remove references to that page.
We probably need to talk about some guidance in the wiki endevour: having a wiki manager/administrator/whatever you want to call him, and some editors which ensure page qualities. Maybe some other people have other ideas too?
