The best source for pin muxing information is the AM335x datasheet
from TI:

Note for pin mux data you want the datasheet, and *NOT* the technical
reference manual (TRM).  The TRM describes how to use the various
peripherals available on the chip, the data sheet describes how these
functions connect to physical I/O pins and the outside world.
